Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every piece you receive from us to be loved and truly used. We also understand 
sustainability as the heart of our work, and we kindly ask you to choose thoughtfully before placing an order. Therefore, please measure and check twice and order once.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges when truly necessary.  

For above reasons, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully and with care.
 

  • Kids Bathrobes
    
If the size does not fit, we are happy to exchange the bathrobe for a different size.

  • Throws & Bedcovers

    If the color does not feel right for your space, an exchange may be possible.
     

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can find the best solution together.

Returns & Sustainability

Frequent shipping back and forth is not sustainable and goes against our values.


For this reason:

  • All towels (beach-, bath-, hand-, hair-, multipurpose- and kitchen towels) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Returns for reasons other than sizing (bathrobes) or color suitability (throws & bedcovers) are generally not accepted

 

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are final sale. If you are unsure about sizing, materials, or colors, we warmly encourage you to reach out before ordering. We are always happy to help you make a confident and considered choice.
